This team was outstanding! I seen Dr. Sicat for some dental work that needed attention. They assessed and explained what was needed, got me on their schedule the same week for corrective action. Miss Danielle was the Dental Assistant and she was the best I’d ever had taking care of me in a dental office! I was on a time crunch and she volunteered to stay later in her day to make sure I was taken care of in time to make my trip. Thank you so much for all involved, you guys are a well oiled machine over there and I’ll recommend your 5 star service to anyone who needs it.

The Dr. Nguyen was very thorough and informative! It was a smooth, welcoming experience here as a new patient for this dental clinic! Danny helped create my dental plan and was efficient. Dental hygienist and dental assistant were all amazing, nice and personaable!!

I have been a client since 2017 or 2018. The front desk staff have always been knowledgeable and able to explain to me the reasons behind certain procedures.

Recently, I needed a new retainer and informed them that I still had an impression taken in June 2024. However, the three receptionists scheduled me for an appointment without providing any explanation as to why I would need to see a dentist. When I inquired about the reason, they simply stated that the doctor would explain it to me.

Unsatisfied with this response, I contacted my previous orthodontist, who had worked with the clinic before. His new dental clinic provided me with a clear explanation for the need for a new impression, as my X-ray images were not saved during my appointment at the previous location.

And every time I visit I see them take notes, not sure if it is accurate.

The office staff was amazing, they were super kind and great with my 7 year old. The hygienist Jennifer was really patient and efficient with the cleaning, and Dr Nguyen was very thorough with his education and explanation throughout. Really impressed with this office!

On March 1st my mom came here to get a crown done. It was her worst experience ever with a dentist and she suffers everyday because of it. The dentist didn't even put the crown in after it was made, she wasn't even in the room. The dental hygienist forced the crown in after they had already decided that it wasn't going to fit. And then the dentist comes back and says "looks good". She had gone back for another appointment to express her concerns and the dentist didn't even take a good look at it or any X-rays she just filed it done and told her what she was feeling is normal. Not to mention this office is so expensive. DO NOT GO HERE.
