No se dejen engañar investiguen que tipo de lugar es este, ha sido el peor trato que he recibido , y además te cobran carisimo por una limpieza básica que te hacen tuve que pagar más de 2000 dólares por que según ellos necesitaba esa limpieza que resultó ser una limpieza regular , además de cobrarme a mi le cobraron a la aseguranza, y lo peor fue que me repusieron una corona y se me cayó les llamé y me dijeron que no me podían atenderme y que me pusiera un Chicle para taparme? además te hacen esperar una hora hasta que te atiendan es lo peor que pude haber pagado , investiguen antes de ir por que no soy la única que me ha pasado eso.

This is the place to go! The front desk staff are so nice, extremely accommodating, and friendly. If you want a dental hygienist, Lei is an absolute gem. My gums were feeling sore that day, but I didn't feel a thing as I went in for my routine cleaning. She is so gentle and constantly checks up on you to make sure you comfortable!
The Doctor is also stellar. He's also a big jokester. He'll for sure make you laugh while looking at your overall dental health.

Front office staff and dental assistants are great. I was disappointed with the accuracy of the dental examination.

TL:DR I think they exaggerate gum measurements to justify unnecessary treatment.

I receive typical gum measurements twice a year from various local dentists as a result of my military service obligation. I was shocked when I went to this dentist for a routine visit and those gum measurements were 2-3mm deeper than any of my historic measurements. In the dozens of times I've had my gums measured in the last 6 years, I have never had a dentist measure pockets as deep as 4 and 5mm, and this dentist allegedly found 6 pockets of that depth. I was surprised. Not only that, they suggested that all four of my wisdom teeth needed extraction. Having been to many other dentists regularly, I have asked for their advice and every dentist has told me that there is no reason to extract them because they are not causing crowding or any other complication.

This dentist suggested a deep scaling plus wisdom teeth extraction at a cost of over $3,000 (AFTER insurance). I was shocked. I agreed to the scaling since I hadn't had a good cleaning in a while and thought it would be helpful.

After the scaling, I went back for a followup and again the gum measurements were 2-3mm deeper than I normally receive (albeit there were no 5s this time).

The dentist refused to sign my military paperwork certifying me for duty because she wanted to extract my wisdom teeth which "might constitute a dental emergency if untreated."

So I went to another dentist within 2 weeks. That dentist's measurements were more aligned with my typical measurements and did not include ANY pockets deeper than 3mm. I asked him for his opinion on my wisdom teeth and (like all other dentists I've ever visited) said that they did not need to be extracted. He signed my paperwork without a fuss.

Having had my gums measured at various dental facilities, I know what a typical reading would be. This facility's measurements are atypical. I'm not qualified to determine why that is, but it's hard for me not to assume that they exaggerate the problem in order to justify expensive treatment options that may not be necessary in order to make a buck. Either that, or the way they measure gums uses a different process than every other dentist I've ever been to.

This office continuously over exceeds the standard of care. My experience at this office was not only positive but has set the bar on what a great dental office should be… my dental cleaning was superb- Janette is hands down the best hygienist I have had. I also needed some treatment and Laura and was very attentive to my nervousness on getting treatment. Lastly the financial part of a visit can be sometimes scary and Megan was so helpful in making sure I fully understood the costs and provided options on how to pay. I look forward to returning back on my next checkup! ?

Dr. Nosti is truly outstanding. Not only is he highly skilled and knowledgeable, but he also has a wonderful bedside manner that immediately puts you at ease. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the treatment options available to me. I felt confident in his expertise every step of the way.

Overall, my experience at this office exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of top-notch dental care. They truly prioritize their patients' well-being and make each visit a pleasant and stress-free experience. I won't hesitate to return for all of my dental needs in the future!
