Dr. Buckenheimer and his staff have been nothing short of wonderful to me. I have had extensive oral surgery earlier in my life and seeing Dr. Buckenheimer now as an adult he has talked me through every step of the way with some additional procedures and maintenance. He is thorough, caring, and answers all my questions. His staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you especially to Joy she has been wonderful with all my cleanings. Truly, couldn't find a better place!

Dr. Buckenheimer, Yasi and Katie were a pleasure! Dr. Buckenheimer is kind, attentive, genuine, and truly makes you feel like you’re at home, and not the dentist’s office. He and his staff were so warm and welcoming, and pleasant. I highly recommend him in Tampa! Thank you Dr. B and staff!

I was one of those fearing to go to the dentist. I have been a patient for over 4 years. I find both the dentists and hygienists to be outstanding. Very professional, supportative and caring. Dr. Buckenheimer's standards of care is very high and his "bedside" manner very reassuring. He maintains these standards with his entire staff.

Scheduling is a nightmare. Staff who schedule lack customary courtesy. Regardless of the seriousness of the dental problem, available appointment offered was too far in the future. Admonishment are given by scheduling staff that payment will be required if a scheduled appointment is not cancelled 24 hours in advance 'even when I offered to prepay for the appointment.' If you want to be treated with courtesy, look elsewhere for dental services.
