I recently purchased a mattress from Bed Pros and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Scott did an excellent job of understanding what I wanted in a mattress. He made the selection process a breeze (I bought the 2nd mattress I tried!).

The ordering process was seamless, the prices were reasonable, the delivery was prompt, and the mattress arrived in perfect condition. On top of that, the level of customer service was outstanding, far exceeding my expectations. They went above and beyond to make this a positive experience.

I would highly recommend Bed Pros for anyone in the market for a new mattress. I will not shop anywhere else again.

I’ve included my full “mattress journey” story below, but a quick summary would be: I tried a lot of mattresses and a lot of stores and I can safely say that I made the right decision going here. I had the best experience buying my mattress with Todd Fox at Bed Pros Mattress Carrollwood. Hands down.

I have gone through over 3 beds within the past year and a half, with none of them being soft or supportive enough for both me and my boyfriend. My mattress issues literally kept me up at night! I would wake up with back pain and my boyfriend would wake up with shoulder pain. After a year of swapping through different hand-me-down and refurbished mattress, back and shoulder pain, talking with pushy Facebook merchant sales people and meandering through mattress stores, we decided enough was enough. We went to over 10 different stores in the Tampa area to look for “the one”. We went to so many locations because we couldn’t find a mattress we liked with a sales representative that we trusted. Most of them didn’t take my boyfriend and I seriously until we started to discuss prices, which was a bit insulting. Nearly all of them would say that the most expensive mattress in our process rage was the only one that had everything we were looking for, which just wasn’t true. I admit, at this point I was a bit jaded and losing hope. Of course, that was up until we went to Bed Pro Mattress in Carrollwood.

Within the first 10 minutes of being in the store we had found a mattress we both liked and struck up a genuine conversation with Todd. We explained what we were looking for in our ideal mattress and went over our price range. Todd showed us around the showroom and told us the pros and cons of each mattress. I felt like he was far more transparent (and knowledgeable) about what we should expect from each mattress than any of the other mattress sales people we had talked to (and we had talked to quite a few at this point). The mattress we chose was a bit out of our price rage, however Todd reviewed financing options with us and was able to help us get some money off through a sale where we didn’t have to pay a fee all of the other mattress stores were extremely insistent we pay. We waited a bit to make sure we were actually getting the best deal (and to make sure we liked our choice!) and ultimately came back to Bed Pro Mattress and bought the mattress.

Delivery was super quick and easy. We purchased the mattress on a weekend and Monday morning at 10:10 am it was delivered to my address. Two guys came out and moved my previous mattress to my garage (first story) and brought up the new mattress (second story) within ten minutes. I signed off on it and had my new mattress!

The past six months of my life I have been dreading going to sleep, sleeping on the couch and waking up with pain. I cannot express how much of a difference the right mattress makes. This was genuinely the best mattress experience I have had, the service was great and I feel like I got a really good deal. And the most important part… I’ll be sleeping like a baby now! I don’t want to sound too much like a broken record or a sponsored review, because I’m neither of these things, but I genuinely had the best mattress buying experience at Bed Mattress Pros and I owe that to Todd (and my boyfriend who helped me chose the right bed).

I like to leave a store knowing i got a good deal and thats how Todd made me and my fiancee feel. I got a king size bed with an adjustable base within my budget. He also threw in some free pillows. Make sure to shop local and to stop down and het a great deal on a bed!! Ask for Todd!!

Bed Pros Mattress in Carrollwood is a wonderful place to find the bed that gets you the best rest. Outside of the wide range of options for a variety of budgets, they have a very helpful and informative manager, Todd Fox there. I was shopping there with my girlfriend for a bed shortly after moving in together, and he went out of his way to ensure that we ended up with the mattress that was best for us. Can’t say enough good about him! 10/10- Highly recommend going here if you’re in the market for a new bed!
