I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! I called this morning as it had been the worst 24 hrs without my phone! He started on my phone when I got there and had it fixed in no time! Great professional service, very sweet, asked if we wanted water, even accommodated us with tv while we waited. He was very knowledgeable, and very helpful! 10/10 GO SEE ZAID he was the best!

I called a few repair shops and none of them had the OEM parts to fix my phone but this repair pros location said they could get them from their other store and fix my phone the same day. I dropped my S21 ultra off at this location and was told that the repair should take about 2 hours but that when my phone was done, I would receive a call to pick it up. I live about an hour from this location so I headed home knowing id probably have to turn around when I got the phone call. After 2 hours and 30 mins since leaving the store, I decided to call in and ask about my phone because I had not received a call that it was ready. I wanted to make sure they had enough time to fix the phone and I did not want to drive an hour if it wasn't ready. I informed the business owner/representative, Zaid Khan, that I lived about an hour away so I wouldn't be there right away.

When I got to the location and tried to enter the building, the doors were locked, and all the lights and open signs were on. I called the business number from google and Zaid answered but he wasn't at this location. He said that he would be there in about 10-15 minutes but arrived 30 minutes later, and tried to claim that he was waiting on me even though he gave no information that he was leaving the shop. I told him I lived an hour away and he had my number from when I dropped the phone off earlier. Although Zaid told me the phone was ready, he still needed an additional 10-15 minutes to repair the charging port because now the phone wasn't charging properly, saying he had to take my phone back apart. After asking if I would wait another "2 minutes" so he could press my phone back together, I received the phone with lifting edges, a screen that doesn't fill out all the way to the edges, the black looks more like dark green and when the brightness is down everything starts to pixelate, it has low contrast, and a poor quality screen that looks like its from Temu rather than the OEM replacement that was promised.

After wasting my time, gas, giving me a bad product and bad service, I asked for a refund. Zaid laughed and told me the only way he would give me a refund is if I allowed him to put my broken screen back on the phone and leave with it like that. I denied this request because at this point I didn't want him to work on my phone anymore. The only other solution that zaid came up with was that he could keep my phone and replace the screen again the next day. Again I denied this.

I entered this business with high hopes of getting my phone repaired and left as a very unhappy customer with a low quality screen that is separating so I will need to take it to another place to get repaired properly. I would not recommend anyone to come to this business and get there phone fixed. I feel like my phone is now in worse condition than when I brought it in and I have nothing but wasted time, money and gas.

Hopefully this review will save someone else from this nightmare.

They claimed to be able to fix a ps5 that crashes. They charged me 180 and after 4 weeks they tried to give me a different ps5. And then just gave back my old ps5 and it still doesn't work.

I stopped off this past Friday to get my sons’ phone repaired. And with there being a few hiccups along the way (due to phone being older and naturally more problems) Riylee kept in constant communication with me. She let me know what they were doing and trying their very best. I picked up my phone today and absolutely excited that it’s fixed and like new!!! I am so happy i went to them. They are amazing!! Highly recommend!!!

I had my phones face replacement done and picked up the phone around 1:00 and by 9:00 the face had 70% separated from the phone. On top of that when someone would call there was a garbled sound on other person's phone when they spoke. The phone worked fine prior to the cracked screen. I was accused of damaging the phone that I just had fixed. I am baffled as to why they think I would pay to have the phone fixed and then try and remove the face? I am a business owner and we have done an incredible amount of work for free when customers have had issues, even when they are completely in the wrong. Not the case here! I was treated as though I had done something wrong. I was told that the phone had been dropped causing the damage when in fact it had not been dropped. I had been a previous customer and will not be a return customer.

Horrible customer service! There is no warranty for their workmanship, so buyer beware.
