I had the most amazing experience in this office! I've been through a lot of disappointments with my current dentist and one visit here and my anxiety was lower than ever. They treat you so kind and make you feel so comfortable. I am confident in this dentist and our treatment plan for my teeth! Would definitely refer to anyone needing dental work! The front office ladies are so sweet and nice and all of them are so understanding! If I could give more stars I definitely would!

I have only been a patient there for an about 6 months and I have never been treated so kindly at a dental office. They are professional, thorough, organized and time efficient.

They really take the time to explain treatment. Lisa the hygienists has been really such a pleasure. She has a great personality. She really takes her time and is very gentle. I have been to many offices to seek dental treatment and I finally found my dental home. Thank you to all of Mirelez Wellness Dental’s staff and family for making it sure a pleasant experience for my wife and I.

I want to thank these wonderful people for taking care of me yesterday, (7/25)! I had a bad tooth I needed removed and had a very bad experience with another dental firm. The staff here are very warm, friendly, and welcoming. They put me at ease! They took the time to explain things and made me feel confident that they would help me through this!! I have been coming to Mirelez Dental over 20 years. I have always received the best of service for all of my dental needs. I have had my regular checkups, cleanings, crown work and a root canal. With all services I have always received superb care and work. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen once I get there. Everyone is so friendly, from the office personnel to the dental hygienists to my dentist. The environment is so clean, modern and very neat. Going to the dentist is a very pleasant experience for me every time I go no matter what I need done.

I have been here a couple of times and it's a great experience. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Christopher Gates is a great dentist. He's very kind and you can tell he really cares about his patients. I highly recommend Mirelez dental.

I was very disappointed with the patient care @ this office.

I am going to try to explain this in the most respectful manner! Because I was taught to be respectful.

Their website talks HIGHLY!! about patient care & about making sure they do the best they can for their patients to be comfortable, BIG REASON why I chose this place, it was important for me to try to find my daughter the most comfortable care!!! Since we are from a different state, here just visiting (long story) & she had to go see a new dentist than her regular dentist. But sadly, the experience was the complete opposite it felt like they went out of their way to make sure they enforced their policy & pretty much said that their policy matterred most, I asked nicely if they would please give us a one time exception, but the lady pretty much looked very upset, & said I had no choice!!! & one of us needed to get out of the room, saying there was not enough space for my husband and I, their policy allows only one parent!!! So my husband respectfully left the room. My 9 yr old daughter started crying and was sad that she couldn't have her dad & mom with her!!! From my understanding, this meant that their policy (such a silly policy!!!) matters more to them than the patient!!! After my husband left, my daughter & I sat in the room for literally a whole hour before the dentist came in!!! I had gotten on the phone with my husband to talked to him about walking out since it had been past an hr & the dentist walked in, he literally ignored me when he walked in, started talking to my daughter & started the procedure without saying a word to me!! Not a hello how are you nor an apology!!!
I felt trapped because my daughter had been in pain & needed the molar removed. So I allowed the procedure. I had already waited there for an hr & paid for the stupid appointment!!! The procedure was literally removing some teeth!! (Molars) Nothing huge!!! They did not have a real reason why my husband couldn't have stayed &!!! by the way, there was!!! PLENTY OF SPACE!!!! So they could have easily let us both stay!!!

The day before, when I went in for the consultation.

I really needed the Xrays to be emailed to my original dentist, before the visit I scheduled for the next day. I mentioned it to the receptionist before my 1st appointment & I also mentioned it to the hygienists right after she was done with the X Rays.

However I was ignored & by the end of the 1st visit they were already too busy, they pretty much kicked us out, because they were late for their meeting, I tried to understand & I said to please email it as soon as they could.

But I ended up showing up for the 2nd appointment the next day @ noon & still hadn't received the email!!

To me that also tells me, that they have their priorities & my few requests were not a priority to them!!!

I am grateful that I have a better place than this!!!! I have had 100% better experiences than I did at that office!!!

We will definitely stay away from that office!!! & Happy to go back to our state & our original dentist!!!

Had a cracked tooth that was causing extreme pain and this place was able to see me in the same day I called, super friendly and professional staff. Also this office feels very inviting and comfortable.
