Pues yo tengo una experiencia muy mala . En 2019 fui con dolor en un diente. Me realizo una endodoncia me mato el nervio. Pero sin preguntar a la aseguranza y eso fue un tremendo error. Por que la aseguranza negó el tratamiento. Y no me dijeron. Agarre una tremenda infección en mis dientes y en encía. Me salía pus de mi encía. Y lo peor que me abandonaron a mi suerte esto fue por mala práctica de una de las doctoras que el tenía ahí una tal maria. Es esta fecha y ningún doctor me quiere tratar eso porque tienen miedo. E tenido que gastar viajar hasta Mexico para tratarme el mal trabajo que hicieron ahí. La verdad ni siquiera merecen un 1de calificación.

This doctor is nothing but money hungry. He will remove your teeth without second guessing. He’s rude and so unprofessional. Do not go to him! Don’t trust him with your teeth! He’s charging me $3000 for my wisdom teeth extractions when I have insurance that can fully cover.

My niece had an appt on Oct. 3rd for a consult. We went and also went ahead and scheduled an appointment to get dental work done for her. We were asked by the girl who sets up the appointments what day would be best. I told her a Wednesday would be the best option. We went ahead and scheduled for Oct 19th. On that day of the 19th, she had an earlier appt. For something else, after that we had breakfast and then headed over to This place for her appt. ( i did not take her to school or home because we live outside of Fresno, and it would of been pointless for her to go to school for an hour just to get pulled back out for the visit, the trips weren't worth the time spent driving and gas.) when we got there we were informed that she was not even on the schedule, they looked around their computers to find her name and nothing. They couldn't even find a "future appt" they said. I was annoyed with myself for not having the business card which had the date of the appt. Anyway, they made me feel dumb, and said they would reschedule her for another day ( they didn't even know what it was they were scheduling her for!!) i told them i had to see what days we were available for another visit since it is an inconvenience for us, since we live outside of fresno. I came home to look for the card and found it! It reads 10/19/16 @11:30am. Oh they also offered for me to return after their lunch which was at 2pm. I told them no thank you. I do not plan on staying in Fresno all day, and i also had my other niece and nephew to pick up from school. I told them i would give them a call. Needless to say, i will never return to them. Unfortunately i can not say if Dr. Alzate is a good dentist or not, since we did not get to meet. But as far as the girls in the front. They SUCK!

It took me 7 years to finally have my wisdom teeth pulled out. I finally found an honest dentist office. I usually have had bad experiences at the dentist, however, this was the best experience I had ever had with the dentist. The staff kept the office clean, the staff was professional, overall, I recommend those who wish to find an outstanding dentist office. Thank you so much. I hope to pass on the gift of doing great things for others in the community one day. It’s great to know there are still good people in the world.

My whole experience was terrible. I was waiting I outside for 20 minutes on hold until I finally just came inside because it was ridiculous. I was asked if I had printed out a form, had no idea. Made me do a simple 5 question screening and then they had me fill out papers. I had a relative with me, grandmother, making sure I had filled my stuff out right and a woman who worked there had the audacity to come out and say in a rude-loud tone that she couldn’t be there and I’m old enough. Excuse me? She’s elderly and was making sure I was good to go since I’m a young adult. After I did get called back, I was consulted and told I obviously needed my wisdom teeth out. The doctor was there and his assistant told me he would be out for 3 weeks and asked if it was okay. I’m in pain! Terrible experience. So bad that I went to my previous DDS right after where I got my previous wisdom teeth extracted 6 years ago in Selma. With them I got seen within 10 minutes and set up an appointment. Easy as that. I would not recommend this place. Staff is not friendly, they’re impatient, and very rude with ridiculous procedures.

Lina, if I remember her name correctly, is such a sweet girl! A gentlemen with longish hair and tattoos, (seemed like the doctors main assistant) was also amazing! He was such a big support in making me feel less anxious and reminding me everything was going great through my procedure. I came in today to get my wisdom teeth removed, and although it is so much pain, they both did an amazing job in handling me. The doctor was amazing too! He did not make me wait a long time, and he did his work very quickly.
All three employees need a raise ASAP! You don’t get that treatment anywhere. 🙂
