Dr. Hernandez was great. His team was nice and welcoming. I do have to mention the hygienist was rough and I didn’t like the discomfort of her hand. Teeth cleaning normally is not that painful for me. I hope the next cleaning is a better experience.

Nice place. This is my second visit here and I was in for a dental cleaning. All staff was kind and the Doctor was engaging and greeted me with a handshake and “good to see you back”.

I am writing to share my recent experience at this dental practice, which I found highly unsatisfactory. I initially visited the office to address three cavities. However, upon learning that two of these cavities were in my front teeth, I decided to decline treatment for those teeth, as I was unsure about proceeding with fillings in that area and preferred to address only one cavity at that time.
During the consultation, I encountered a troubling level of unprofessionalism from Dr. Carlos. His reaction to my decision was noticeably upset and he proceeded to question my choices in a manner that I found dismissive and disrespectful. Despite my explanation that I was making an informed decision about my own dental care, Dr. Carlos responded with comments that were both condescending and inappropriate. For instance, he remarked, "finish your thoughts" and implied that I lacked basic understanding of dental health by saying, "well, you're not a dentist, you don't know anything." His continued insistence that I did not understand my own condition was both disheartening and unprofessional. Furthermore, I had previous concerns about Dr. Carlos's recommendations. He had suggested I needed six crowns, a diagnosis that was contradicted by other dental professionals and my medical insurance, which only approved fillings. This discrepancy has raised questions about the motivations behind his treatment recommendations. Given these experiences, I felt it was necessary to seek care elsewhere. I recommend that potential patients carefully consider their options and choose a dental practice where their concerns and decisions are respected. Professionalism and patient-centered care should be fundamental aspects of any medical practice.

Quick to respond and Quick to act! New patient with a dental emergency. The same day I contacted them, I had an appointment within a few hours, and received a full evaluation, cleaning and developed a plan to get things back in order. I usually have anxiety with Dentist/Doctors/Etc. but they made the experience easier and was a good decision.
