Everyone was so friendly. I felt very comfortable and when I entered to be greeted by such friendly smiling faces. The lady that took my x-rays was extremely nice and such a professional as she took care in making sure that I was comfortable. I really felt relief when Dr. Gill came in and was so nice. I loved how he explained what was going on in my mouth and what needed to be done. He was wonderful. Even the lady that went over what the cost would be was so nice.

I must say that when I initially made my appointment, I was very apprehensive because I really have not had a good experience with anxiety of going to the dentist. The front staff was wonderful and inviting and very friendly as well as everyone that worked in the office. I felt like I was having coffee with friends without coffee. I would recommend anybody go to Aspen Dental and enjoy the experience of something that I used to not enjoy. I appreciate them so much more than they know.

From the minute I walked through the door, I was being helped by very nice, friendly & knowledgeable staff. I filled out paperwork & returned it & was shown into a room where 360 degree xrays & pictures of my teeth were taken by a very professional young lady, who explained everything that was going to be done in order to see if the procedure I was inquiring about would be able to be done. It couldn't have went any smoother. Everything went exactly how she said it would. Their hygienist came in & explained everything & then the dentist came in & told me he would be able to do what I was hoping could be done. He answered all of my questions & showed me how he was going to do it. He as well as his assistant were both very knowledgeable, professional & caring. Together we discussed & set up the next appointment & the price for the procedure was discussed & a very nice lady then explained the payments. I was very relieved & thankful that I had chosen Aspen Dental for what I needed done. I would recommend them to everyone. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Very nice people within the Castleton office! I was running 10-15 minutes behind and they still saw me for my appointment—which was at 12pm (lunchtime)—that was VERY much appreciated and it did not go unnoticed! They were speedy, but still thorough and welcoming. The doctor was extremely nice & straightforward, without coming off as rude. He answered all of my questions to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable about things moving forward.
