Dr. Balderamos and his staff are excellent. He is a perfectionist. I really appreciate the time and attention he gave me. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work he did on my front teeth. I have had other dentists and none have cared enough to make sure that every aspect of my oral health was taken care of. He was not my primary dentist, but after he took care of my front teeth, both my husband and I go to his office for all our dental needs.

I arrived in Santa Fe with an aching tooth in need of immediate attention and showed up in Dr. Balderamos' office asking if there was any way the dentist could take a look at my tooth. They slipped me in that morning, and after fully examining my tooth, Dr. Balderamos let me know my options. He explained them clearly and thoroughly. I chose to schedule an extraction. I measure the skill of a dentist by how attentive and sensitive he is to my questions, comfort and needs, his skill with injecting the anesthetic, his confidence, and obviously the skill and quality of his dentistry. Dr. Balderamos excels in all of those. He also has a welcoming, friendly, patient-focused, skilled staff -- a reflection of the positive and professional tone he sets in his practice. Over the course of several months, I had additional dental work done. Every visit confirmed by initial positive impression. Dr. Balderamos and his staff are top notch!

I really tried to ignore how dirty/tacky the office and receptionist were but once I met the dentist I also found him to be quite arrogant/cocky. He quickly became all defensive when questioned about the procedure I was considering having done. Not very subservient with his patients, in the least! Wth? It felt very similar to being at the MVD or public Health Department. Not professional or friendly, in the least. Just typical of slimy New Mexico!!

The hygienist is a professional that does a great job. She takes base line measurements of my gums and takes measurements every time she cleans my teeth. She takes close to an to do a through cleansing job.
