We worked directly with Scott. He’s based in Brandon, but met us at the S Tampa store. Buying a king sized mattress is a big investment, we don’t do it too often and a lot has changed since our last purchase. We asked a lot of questions and wanted to make sure we selected the right mattress. Scott was patient, very well informed and helped guide us throughout the purchase. I've never purchased a bed before, so perhaps my experience was more typical than I believe, but I was beyond impressed. I was prepared to spend hours looking over beds and frames and the like, but the store manager, Mr. Agnew, was able to pinpoint our specific needs quickly and easily so he could recommend the perfect bed. After trying it and just a few other options, both myself and my significant other were completely satisfied with his recommendation, as well as his further recommendations on sheets and other accessories. There were options I would have never learned about that he was eager to explain, including an option that wasn't even sold in the store; that made it feel like he genuinely cared about our sleeping satisfaction, and I will always commend people for looking out for the customer's interests like that. The prices were great, the service and help both friendly and entertaining. This location has my highest recommendation.
