We were supposed to go to more than one store to look for a mattress, but the service that we received upon walking in the store and the entire time was unmatched! , Tony was amazing!! we knew we couldn’t go to another place. Excellent service! They really help me out to compare the different styles of beds and the comfort level that I needed. I was lucky enough to come in during a sale as well. I love the fact that they would do what they call a white glove service, where they will take out your old mattress and bedding and bring in and set up The new at no extra charge! I’ve already recommended someone else and they bought bedding and I will continue to recommend

Tony greeted me as I walked in the door! He let me look around and try out some of the mattresses before approaching me! He then had very thought out questions and ideas about what I wanted in a mattress! He was very kind and helpful and accommodating as I was indecisive about which one I needed! My experience @ Bed Pros Mattress was seemingly effortless. As I walked in the front door I was greeted by Scott beginning with a smile and asking all the right questions to determine which mattress would best suit my needs. Scott went above and beyond making sure that I was able to test the mattress’s level of firmness that I liked the most. .He listened patiently while I described what I was looking for in a mattress. We viewed several mattresses as he educated me about how the mattresses were constructed / levels of firmness, etc.. I did not feel rushed @ any time and felt that he was knowledgeable, but not pushy or rushing to sell a mattress. It was more like shopping with a friend. I would absolutely recommend working with Scott @ Bed Pros to my family and friends. As Scott and I discussed, we spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping, so why not treat yourself to a great bed. Delivery and set up were also scheduled by Scott and the total experience was positive from the beginning to the very last detail.

The sales representative was very, very helpful and did not apply any pressure to us towards one mattress or another. He took all the time necessary to let us make a decision that we wanted to make. I would highly recommend a visit to this store and to him if you are in the market for bedding.
