I never ever leave reviews but I have to this time. I just left this place after getting a molar tooth extraction. And let me just say the staff there are AMAZING! One of the staff members sat with my 3 year old daughter and played with her while they did the extraction and me being nervous about the whole process, hearing her laugh helped calm my nerves. She was so good with her. Also, The oral surgeon was amazing and made me feel calm and relaxed the entire time. Very nice people and these people know what they're doing trust me!!

Several years ago this office was amazing. I’ve waited a month for them to get approval for 2 root canal’s. Today I was told oh we never got a response from insurance. After explaining I just want one pulled out I was told oh you have to come back in to see the doctor first. The doctor literally told me he could pull it when I was there last time. Told the lady I can’t eat due to the pain and was told oh well you have to come back in and be seen. I was also told they have too many patience to call people when they get insurance approvals. Terrible service. I can’t believe how bad this office has become.

Before I had a really bad experience in this dental office. The dentist really hurts with giving the anesthesia and doing the fillings. After that, I was for three days numb instead of three hours. Now it's a whole new group with new management and stuff. I really had the best experience today with dentistry in the US. I did some fillings, and I didn't feel the needle of the anesthesia and the fillings were very good done. Thanks so much the doctor for today.

I used to go to Fayetteville Family Dentist but they closed down. Thankfully they sent all records to
Cicero Dental Associates. I called for an appointment today and they actually gave me an appointment today. When does that happen ?
This Dental office is amazing . They are very professional yet had me laughing through the whole visit. Every person that worked there was so nice, patient and kind .
My insurance company would not pay for what I needed because you know insurance companies are disgusting but they gave me an incredible break on the cost when they really didn’t have to do that.
I did not receive the best news on my X-rays but because of how I was treated and now knowing they will be my regular dentist office I walked out of the office actually happy .
Who has a good time at the dentist office?
Believe it or not I actually had fun with them.
Two important notes . Ernestine the dental assistant was truly amazing , she put me at ease , had me laughing and was truly a joy to be around .
The two Dentists are brother . They are extremely kind , very knowledgeable and also both are truly physically beautiful . Let’s be real here , If you have to go to the dentist , it’s always a extra bonus to have such lovely faces to look up to while they are working on your teeth ?
In all seriousness, I am so appreciative to everyone at this office and would highly recommend looking into them .

We are extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care shown by Cicero Dental. My elderly mother, who has multiple health conditions, including MS, has been without her bottom dentures for several months now, causing her significant distress and weight loss due to difficulty eating.

The issues started when her bottom dentures broke. (This dental office made a few years back). Despite our repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the practice’s communication and follow-through have been nothing short of abysmal. Initially, they attempted to fix the dentures, but after weeks of no updates, we found out through our own calls that they couldn’t be repaired.

Time went by before they finally called her back in for new scans. We were hopeful that things would finally be moving forward, but on the day we were scheduled to pick up her new dentures, we were informed that they were never made. Now they are requesting another set of scans, and once again, we had to call them for this information—no one reached out to us.

The communication from this office is nonexistent, and their office staff seems either disorganized or completely indifferent to their patients’ well-being. This has been an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience, and I would not recommend Cicero Dental to anyone seeking quality care and attention. They clearly do not prioritize their patients’ needs.

I give Cicero Dental a 10 out of 5 stars! To start, the receptionist was super efficient and very kind. This was my first appointment here. Dr Lee did 2 extractions today with his wonderful assistant Haley. Dr Lee was absolutely AMAZING! I didn’t even feel a twinge of pain during the extraction. He was so very gentle and thorough! As well as very professional! Haley was very calming, kind and professional as his assistant. I am SUPER pleased all the way around. I will definitely continue to keep coming here for sure!

Just got my wisdom teeth taken from them a few hours ago, the pain is so bad, they did not prescribe me anything for said pain, i heard the nurse ask to do it surgically and the doc said no, which proceeded to them being so aggressive with my mouth that I was shaking by the end of it. It’s supposed to be a surgery not a torture session guys!
