I recently had the need to have 3 fillings replaced and was referred to Dr. Halina Krzywonos. I am so thankful for the referral as I have had fillings done before and was extremely anxious about having to have 3 of them done/replaced at the same time. From the point of making the appointment, to the waiting room, to getting the treatment it was just a completely different, an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Dr. Krzywonos has a great staff who manages all paperwork, the office, check-in process and follow ups very professionally, they make the place run like clockwork and are great with patients. As for the dental office itself, it is spotless; very clean and nice environment; and furthermore they kept to their appointment time and I didn't have to wait which was fantastic. When it was time for treatment, I cannot praise Dr. Krzywonos enough. I had no pain during the entire process (which took 3 hours) thanks to her carefully managing the pain, always asking how I was doing and if I felt any discomfort. She truly cares about her patients and gives all her best to get the right treatment done in the most effective way. Throughout the entire 3 hours, as she took out the existing fillings she made sure to check for other cavities and remove anything that may lead to other problems in the future. When she noticed other decay she brought in the microscope in my mouth and showed me the situation at hand on the large monitor in front of me, explaining what she needs to do and why. She was so meticulous with the work she did, so thorough about every detail, that I felt 200% confident I was in the right hands.
I would whole-heartedly and highly recommend Dr. Krzywonos to anyone who needs dental work or is looking for a dentist.
