I received a consultation from this individual yesterday and he looked at records of previous root canal elsewhere and said "I trust them". I didn't know what he meant by this and so I asked if he felt certain (rather than just trusting) that they did a good job. He became internally very angry and became very condescending and passive aggressive attacking my disposition when he made a joke. I left a review on his Uptown Cosmetics page and he replied with further condescension by implying that I receive psychiatric treatment and saying that a practitioner/patient relationship requires trust. Yet he couldn't answer my simple question in office to earn that trust. His reply to my review only solidified the original assessment that he is condescending and manipulative and confirmed word for word my original assertion that medical personnel require your blind trust. The fact that he didn't realize that his reply was only doubly confirming my assessment of him only shows how lacking in self awareness he is regarding his own condescending and manipulative nature.

I have been a long time patient of this Dentist. He bought the practice of my former Dentist who retired. While he has good skills as a Dentist, his attitude the last time I was there was arrogant and condescending. I needed a bond on my front tooth and the only one who was available was his associate who could not place a bond that would stay on. I had to go back several times and each time the bond would not stay on. Finally he personally placed the bond on my tooth correctly but he tried to blame me for the problem instead of his associate. He never apologized for all the time I wasted having to come back time and again to get the tooth repaired. His customer service for a very long time patient was terrible. Prior to this horrible experience I have recommended many friends to him but will not do so again.
