My hot water heater was damaged as a result of my cellar taking on about a foot of water courtesy of Hurricane Milton. (Yes, cellars do exist in St. Pete, FL!) It is very important to me to support local businesses so I Google'd "plumbers in St. Pete." Flow Pros was able to send a technician that afternoon.

My technician, Brad, gave me a quote when he came out to assess the damage. He answered all of my questions regarding the device, installation, pricing options for the different tank sizes ... so many questions I had! He was patient and professional the entire time. The best part: He was able to schedule me the following morning for installation! Albeit the entire "transaction" was less than 24 hours, Brad kept me updated on arrival time and parts in the supply shop ... exceptional customer service.

I highly recommend Flow Pros Plumbing. And, if you get to request a specific technician, request Brad. FIVE STARS!

We decided today to have a bidet put in. My husband found Flow Pros to have great reviews. Literally within a couple of hours we had 2 bidets put in. Brad the installer was professional, nice and efficient! I would definitely recommend this company thank you!

Flow pros came through in a major way today for me and had an amazing experience. The owner called me back in minutes and had his commitment I would get the best plumber they had and I sure did!!! Allan D came out and it was clear this guy was truly head and shoulders above my previous experience with plumbers. He came very well equipped with every tool needed for a complicated job is professionalism kindness and technical ability really showed through on a complex job with a major main drain issue. Joe, the manager from Flow Pro came out and was 100% much better than when our normal Plumber that we had Elijah was. Elijah apparently did not do job correctly and Joe came out to circumvent and do the job correctly and also added that if we need him for any more assistance, he will come out and do it at no charge to fix the work that Elijah did. In this matter, I would probably highly recommend Flow Pro For any of your needs, Joe is absolutely a professional and will get the job done correctly. A bit of inconvenience for us to say the At least Joe is there to fix any issues we Have. Just a reminder, we called them during our Home being devastated by hurricane Helene. I am also adding that I am disappointed that we have not been off In price due to this inconvenience from Elijah coming out. Hoping to look forward to hearing from Flow Pro. Any information on that.
