George and Eric arrived on time and did a quick and expert job (2 1/2 hours!) of installation and of hauling away the 4 old appliances. I went downstairs to turn the power and water on/ off for them. Hopefully, that saved them some time. My only comments for improvement would be:
1. Be really careful about where you put the parts you remove. They dropped a hose clamp into the disposall. Made a huge racket when I turned it on, but fortunately I was able to stop it before major damage occurred.
2. Try checking over your work area when you leave. I understand why they won't wear booties on the shoes (slip hazard) but it would be nice to pick up some of the shavings when you're done. That would save the customer some cleanup time.
Other than those 2 comments, very thorough and professional job.

This installation service was utilized by Harlow‘s Kitchen Concepts to deliver my new oven/range. However, they were unable to deliver the oven, and didn’t bother to call and let me know that they wouldn’t be delivering it. I had to call and find out from them after waiting for over an hour following their “you’re our next stop” text. Luckily for me, Harlow’s was amazing, when I called to let them know what happened they were able to retrieve my item from the installer, drive it up themselves and do the installation themselves. So they were the heroes of the day! I definitely recommend Harlow‘s Kitchen Concepts, but I don’t recommend Installation Pro Plumbing.

I appreciate the polite and thoughtful response, but I do want to point out that it’s not entirely accurate.
I was called the day before delivery only to verify the delivery, I was the one who asked if they would be able to deliver onto my small street. The woman I spoke with said she wasn’t sure, as they didn’t have a small truck but that they would try.
On the actual day of delivery, I did not receive a call from them letting me know they would not be able to complete the delivery. I had to call them, I spoke with a woman who was unaware of any issues, she looked into it and called me back about 20 minutes later to let me know that they were not able to complete the delivery. I then called Harlow’s myself, and the staff at Harlow‘s arranged for the transfer the equipment, the return to my home and the eventual installation.
The main problem seem to be that the installers no longer had the small truck that they had previously had, which is an understandable issue. My frustration primarily stemmed from the lack of communication.
