I almost never leave reviews, but I’ve had two major procedures here and both times the staff was amazing. They are so friendly and accommodating, it’s a very patient-focused environment. I’m always in a bad mood when I get there because of having to fast for a procedure, and I leave in a good mood because the staff is so nice. Their nurses and anesthesiologists are truly second to none. Highly recommend this place!

I highly recommend this facility, Dr. Wolff, and the entire team. This was the first procedure I’ve had done in my adult life where I needed anesthesia and I couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism of everyone involved. They made my entire experience efficient and pleasant. The facility is clean and welcoming. I will definitely go back if I need any future procedures.

The care at this facility was excellent! Dr. Greenberg, Dr. Iroku and nurse Lauren took such good care of me. I was properly informed every step of the way. The entire staff was kind, empathetic, pleasant and professional. I would happily recommend my loved ones to come here for care. Oh, I also got to listen to my favorite Salsa artist

Excellent staff from beginning to end. Front desk staff were communicative and kind as were the nurses pre care. Doctor and anaestheliogist were top of line as one would expect. Over before I knew it and out the door promptly.

Marina helped me out with an insurance glitch and Julia was so kind and gentle helping me to get ready. Everyone was so relaxed and helpful and willing to help me in understanding the process and feel relaxed. Dr. Joseph is the best. Such a caring and cheerful professional! The procedure was done very professionally by Dr. Dubrovskaya, however, the center charged me $592.72 for the procedure whereas upon a subsequent call to the insurance company, they confirmed that the procedure was fully covered. I am not sure why they charged me since I provided all the insurance information prior to the procedure. When I called their office handling payments, it turned out that the woman handling payments was aware of the double charge but didn't initiate the refund, claiming, it is the client's job to check the accuracy of the payments and request a refund, and hung up on me. So they thought, it is OK to charge twice unless I notice it and say something. I requested the refund to my health savings account about a month ago, which the woman said she will process, but to this day I have not received it. This whole payment issue is very unfortunate and leaves me in doubt about the integrity of the company though the doctor is very knowledgeable and the procedure was done very professionally.
