Dr Stankewitz has been my dentist for over thirty years since he was recommended by a friend when we moved to Houston. He is a perfectionist in the best sense of the word.
I recently received my second set of implants due to medication issues which caused bone loss.
Contrary to those “implants in a day” advertisements I knew that when we were finished I could literally eat anything. I never hesitate about eating an apple or corn on the cob.
He works with you until everything is satisfactory. I would never go to anyone else and can’t recommend him highly enough.

I was referred to Dr. Stankewitz by my dentist because the level of care I needed exceeded my regular dentist's expertise. I called Dr. Stankewitz, explained my emergency situation and they fit me into his schedule almost immediately. When I arrived for my first appointment (and every appointment thereafter) I was seen immediately. I've never had to sit around and wait in the waiting room. It's astoundingly clear that Dr. Stankewitz provides the highest level of attention to each of his patients, individually. My particular situation required oral surgery. I was provided a date for my surgery and Dr. Stankewitz coordinated with the oral surgeon to ensure every step of the process was addressed. Dr. Stankewitz even appeared during my surgery to check on my progress. After my surgery, I was wheeled down to his office, and again, seen by him immediately. I recently had an issue with my recovery. I called his wife, Francis, and she got me on the books and took care of me. My particular situation, arguably, should be incredibly stressful. But, Dr. Stankewitz, and his wife, Francis, have made every step of this process easy for me. I am so grateful to have been referred to his office. I'm humbled by his attention to detail. Most importantly, I'll be forever thankful that he saved my beautiful SMILE!!!

Update: I just had my very last appointment with Dr. Stankewitz. My front teeth are so beautiful!! The size, shape, and color are matched perfectly. They look better than my original teeth. If that's even possible.
