I was a patient of Dr Greg Newman for 22 years. All of his root canals were excellent. At my last visit, he told me to come back in 6 months for a repeat scan to ensure that my infection was resolved. When I called to make that appointment, I was told that he was no longer with the practice. They did not bother to send a letter to inform his patients. I do not intend to return to that practice. I asked to see Dr. Greg’s brother and was told I had to see Dr. Greg’s wife.
I received a text message asking me to rate the practice. I don’t have anything else to offer.

My experience with Dr Greg Newman was excellent. He was very thorough with the initial consultation and was very communicative during the procedure and repeated what he was doing to keep me informed. He was able to continue the anatomy, cause of decay and options for treatment. He was very engaging, calm and kept me relaxed throughout the visit. I appreciated the follow up call and was pleased to have no pain after the procedure.

Unfortunately I’ve had multiple visits over the years to North Penn Endodontics. Every practitioner I’ve seen has been excellent. Most recently I have seen Dr. Ingrid and she is excellent. I’ve seen her twice now and she has somehow made a horrible situation somewhat tenable. She has a great bedside manner and I’d definitely recommend her and the practice.

I do not have a problem with the work that was done on my teeth. The billing and insurance department is another story. Before the work was done they contacted my insurance company to see what my payment would be. They over billed me by $282.00. When I went to the office they made me fill out the standard paper. The last time I visited three office was 5 years ago. They did not up my address. They told me that they mailed the check to my old address that I have moved form 4 years ago on 9/15. When they got back on 10/4 they told me to go back to my old apartment as see if they have the check and they wanted to know if I had my mail forwarded to my new address. The Post Office will only forward for 90 day not years. If they talked to the my insurance company how could they off by $282.00. I called their 9/7, 9/8 and 9/9 and left messages. No one has called me back.

Visited here twice for root canal therapy within 1 week. Dr. Greg Newman and Martha (sp) took excellent care of me, explained the procedure thoroughly, and did a great job. I was seen almost immediately when I arrived and was able to book an appointment quickly, with minimal wait time. Super friendly.
As of 06/20/24, they take a $75 deposit to schedule which folds into your final bill. Both procedures were very affordable and there were no unforeseen costs (yet, who knows with insurance companies).
The office support staff weren't super friendly or excited to see me but were cordial and polite. No issues.

I wish I could give Dr. Greg Newman 10 stars! I totally agree with everyone who gave him 5 stars in previous reviews—he's incredibly thorough, takes his time to explain everything, and keeps you in the loop about how much time is left in your appointment. But the best part for me? His sense of humor. I never thought I would find myself laughing in the middle of a root canal! I joked with him that as a mom of three young kids, my visit for a root canal felt like a mini break. Plus, he called later in the day just to check in on how I was doing (which was totally fine, by the way!). Honestly, he’s the best as was his assistant— I’m so mad I can’t remember her name because she was so sweet and welcoming and made me feel right at ease as soon as I walked in the room! I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience here!

Dr Gregory Newman and staff were very professional at my visit yesterday for a root canal. I was nervous but he helped me to be at ease with his excellent chair side manners. His experience and knowledge he share with me regarding the procedure led to a very successful outcome. I'm glad he was the doctor. I recommend him and this practice to anyone who needs it.

I have no issue with the treatment I received from Dr. Kim at this office, which was excellent. Unfortunately, just like some other reviewer stated, the billing and insurance department is just unprofessional. I was overcharged $81. Before the appointment, Debbie from "billing and insurance" called me and left a message in which she correctly estimated what my copay would be, just as my insurance told me. Then, she called me again and stated that my "insurance would not cover another oral exam since I had one in the last 30 days" (I had routine cleaning). Therefore, I had to pay for that as well, and the total copay would be $81 more if I paid cash, debit or HSA, or another 2.3% if I paid by credit card. After the appointment, I requested the EOB from my insurance and they did cover the "limited oral exam", as well, and my copay was supposed to be the original amount. I left messages on 10/18 and 10/21 and called again everyday at different times of the day this week. Nobody picked up or returned my calls yet.
