Going to the dentist is at the bottom of my list of things I enjoy doing. The anxiety of the upcoming smells, tastes, sounds, and sights affects me negatively. But, I must say after my visit I feel much better about going back….still don’t love it, but feel a little better about it.

I was welcomed into the office with Karen’s smiling face and warm hello. Rather than “have a seat, we’ll be with you shortly”, I was greeted with “How are you today? How’s the family? Do anything fun with your grandchildren?” It made me feel a little bit relaxed! The hygienist Noel was just as welcoming. She asked about any concerns I had and listened to my request to please be gentle.

Dr. Lou definitely listened to my hesitation about dentist visits and asked me often if I was ok. He explained everything he was doing and what he wanted to do in easy to understand explanations. And he too, was gentle while probing around my teeth.

My hour at Palacios Dentistry was definitely a positive experience…..as far as dentist visits go. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist where you really matter.

When I moved down here a long bit ago, I found out about Palacios through my boyfriend. I cannot explain how grateful I am. I have always been the type to be extremely nervous going to the dentist, but the amount of comfort and understanding Palacios shows is out of this world. Everyone who works there makes you feel at ease and shows so much kindness. It's a very warm and welcoming environment. I could not ask for a better place. I will always be thankful for the great work he has done in helping me. This is my dental home!

I'll be honest. I was very hesitant about how things would go at Palacios dentistry. I've had other dentists in the past who didn't do a great job. My other dentist doesn't accept my insurance anymore so I had to find a new one. I had a cavity that needed to be filled, and they did an outstanding job. Other dentists I've gone to in the past would finish a filling and leave little pieces of composite around the edges of my tooth, which would cause floss to snag it. In some cases, that would cause part of the composite to break off. Everyone there is very nice, including the hygienist and receptionist. If you're simply looking for a dentist who does excellent work, then I would recommend Palacios Dentistry. They did a great job on my filling, and my tooth is perfectly smooth.

First visit for a consultation. Dr. Palacios took the time to listen to my concerns without judgement, offered his thoughts, and we came up with a game plan for my care. Everyone in the office was very nice and made me feel comfortable. So far I'm beyond pleased. Easy to get an appointment as office has hours that "work" for people. Office is at a good location, is handicap accessible, and is clean. Thank you Dr. Palacios and Staff!
