Navy folks, feel free to contact me directly before you go with Property Pros- get my info through the squadron. Unfortunately, I find myself in perfect agreement with the rest of the military reviews on here. I had submitted an application and payed the application fee. They processed my application, ran my credit, and approved me for the property. While I was away at SERE (good times) they gave the property to someone else despite multiple phone calls ahead of time coordinating with their office staff. Then the manager Norma said I was at fault and refused to refund my application fee. I explained that this is a small community and that is not a great way to treat Navy people. I was really hoping they would make it right and I politely requested they at least refund the fee, nothing. The manager said “they would not be doing that” and said she’s not worried about their reputation. Just a heads up - it’s only $30 - just don’t want anyone getting screwed over potentially more money at stake.

This company is such a scam. I will reporting them to the better business bureau. I had spoken directly to the landlord and was told the property wasnt available. However, I was then contacted by this company "Property Pros" and told that it was available. I assumed that an opening had popped up. NO. It never was available. All they do is lie and say properties are available so they can get your money for the application. These people shouldnt be managing anything. If you're thinking of renting a house through this company, Don't! If you're thinking of letting these people manage your property, Don't! This place has 3 stars for a reason. Stick to Lemoore Real Estate or Heritage Realtors to handle your needs. This place is a straight joke.

They also were very helpful in helping us get into a larger house when our prior lease expired. So far it’s been a pleasant experience all around working with them!

I moved to Hanford 2.5 years ago, and have lived in the same Property Pros house the entire time. The staff and my owner are very responsive and proactive when I have a maintenance request. Life got 100% easier when they began taking checks for rent this year. I plan to stay with Property Pros until I move out of the area.

We recently rented from property pros for just under a year and we did not have the greatest experience. There seems to be an inability to work with military families from the beginning as someone has to be on site to rent and no possibility to rent "sight unseen". This company also seems to have problems with taking customer complaints seriously with a lack in follow up once a complaint has been submitted, especially if dealing with money and reimbursements. The monthly payment system also needs to be updated for those who are renting as it is not user friendly (no online payments available). Overall, our experience was very poor and I encourage those looking to rent in the area to look for property management elsewhere. I hope this review will help the company with customer service issues in the future.

Great property management. For the last 12 months I have had a positive experience with this company and each and every one of their representatives. Ashley being my favorite! They are always polite and willing to accommodate and always go the extra mile for their tenants! I would highly recommend them to prospective tenants, give Property Pros a try because they are definitely the Pros!

Military members beware!!!!!! TERRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. We got screwed out of $800 due to them not doing their job. We were put up in a hotel due to our water heater busting. They made us pay the costs upfront. They did not submit the receipts to the owner like they said they would. They are all talk and a bunch of liars, every one of them. We had to PCS to the other side of the country and basically had no way of trying to sue for our money. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent or buy from them. You would be better of going somewhere else.
