Absolutely amazing staff and dentists! First time I came here, they signed me up as a patient, got my insurance fixed and they literally fixed the right side of my teeth, all in 2 hours. Huge thank you to all the staff! The only con is the drive time for me, 1 hour 30 mins, but it's always worth it.

I was treated with courtesy and with careful explanations of what my treatment plan might be, I was very impressed. ...

Yesterday I had a large molar with deep and sturdy roots extracted. And though it was not an easy challenge Dr. Mallory persevered with patience. I have not had any pain, nor swelling. I also was given fine instructions about post extraction activity and medication by a kind and efficient assistant. I intend to move on with next steps of my dental plan and to encourage my husband to do the same.

By far one of my favorite dental experiences I’ve had in since moving to NC!! Staff is amazing, helpful, & so kind. Came in for my first consultation & cleaning. Had high hopes for family owned and operated practice. Of key note is that this practice billed our insurance for x-rays for one of us that were not actually taken. Therefore we had falsely 'met' our x-ray allowance with no x-rays to transfer to our new dentist. This and other billing instances indicated their bookkeeping was questionable at best.

Additionally,

We never saw the owners and the hygienists were not as thorough for us or for our kids. In applying sealants to my children they were a bit careless where a couple of my kids had mouth sores after and it took a few days to adjust their bites. They were not as kid/patient focused as we'd hoped.

Went to get my Invisalign today and let me tell you, they are patient people! Cause I must have asked a million questions. Not too lengthy a process and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure.
