Update Sept 24, 2024. What a difference a month can make. My teeth feel like a natural part of me now. I go regularly to see Keera, who is a miracle worker! She makes adjustments as needed, and is making this journey I’m on a positive experience. The entire team at Smile Pro Studio is outstanding and again makes me happy to know I made the right decision in choosing this group. Prior, I had a concern regarding insurance. But Sylwia came to the rescue, putting me in touch with the office insurance agent Aggie, who is diligently working on my claims, even disputing the insurance company on my behalf.

Update August 26,2024
Well, it’s been 7 weeks from my surgery and I will be honest, it’s been a long difficult journey. But the team at Smile Pro studio has been at my side the entire time, giving me support and encouragement. Soon I will have the procedure for the implants, and then another wait. It’s a process and it takes time. But Dr Z, Keera and everyone else on the staff are truly amazing. Dr Z is very talented, as well as kind and caring. He ensures that you feel comfortable and are happy with your new teeth/look. I feel like myself again, with one major change-I am smiling now.
My only concern is the insurance process. Sylwia is going to put me in touch with their (insurance) employee and hopefully that will help straighten out my insurance situation.

I was comfortable and felt like the team has my best interest at heart. There are choices when it comes to such a big decision and after doing my research I decided to have Smile Pro Studio, Dr Z and his team take care of giving me a new smile. Not only is it a big financial commitment, but more importantly, it’s how you look and feel about yourself when all the work is completed. I trust Dr Z, he put me at ease and made me feel like his most important patient when we talked about my treatment plan. I look forward to a long successful relationship with Smile Pro Studio and the entire team.
