Al principio como todos lugares te atendién bien por querer hacer el trabajo!! Lleve mi troca sierra2017 para un polarizado me quedo mal las cuatro puertas llenas de burbujas luego fui para que me arreglaran el problema y quedaron mal perdí horas de mi trabajo para que me arreglaran el problema y aun así el trabajo quedó mal y yo pagué $240 por el trabajo mal servicio!!!

Absolute amateur hour over there. I should have guessed there would be problems when I returned in the afternoon to pick up my car and found the store empty, and the employee in a loud verbal dispute in the garage area.
When I dropped my car off, everything was stock and in working condition. When I picked it up, the new screen was sticking out about 3.5", the USB ports no longer worked, the backup camera was not connected, the steering wheel controls did not function, there was a random microphone hanging by the gas pedal, which doesn't even work for phone calls, and a random mess of wires by the door.
I asked the employee to connect my backup camera and steering controls but after messing with it for several minutes he admitted he didn't know how, and I should bring the car back another day.
He also somehow suddenly came up with info that a part had been ordered from Arizona and would be in on the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and they didn't have the part. It's now been a full week, my cars sound system barely functions and this is most likely going to end up in small claims court.
To add insult to injury, after leaving the store I realized they had kept the hdmi cable that came in the box with the new system. Disappointing, but hardly surprising.
Also, every time I turn my car off, the sub in the trunk makes a loud thud sound. The first couple times I thought someone had hit my car or something.
This experience was a total waste of time and money.

They make up prices on the spot, told me the pioneer radio was 750 and a girl came in 5 minutes later and I heard them tell her it was 450. When they connected my radio they did not connect my backup camera, did not mount the radio correctly, loose wires, speakers hooked up to opposite wires, so the left speaker played the right and vice versa. Absolutely horrible experience and a bunch of con artists. Would never come here again obviously.

Had an alarm system set up 2 days ago!
Took it else where to get the horn installed with the alarm as well. Kill switch for the alarm was not installed. Someone could of stolen my vehicle .. Wire management was sloppy. Previous alarm was cut in half at wiring and cross wired.. unsatisfied with work
It gets better paid for Viper alarm system. And the viper horn was Never installed

Came to this spot to have them install a specialty part on my Tesla. The job was done professionally and they were not afraid to work on it as some other places had been. I had no issues with time or with price as i know a good job takes time and I respect paying for good work.
I also took another car a couple years before to fix an electrical issue. That was also done well and at a reasonable price. I will go back to have a system put into my T for SURE.

Worst mistake I ever made was coming here. I went in May 19th for LED lights and we are now June 23rd and still no lights. I started off dealing with Omar who no longer works there ( many customers complained). Now the owner Jr and Omar’s replacement Damien are who I’ve been dealing with for the last 3 weeks. Went in today after finding out that the owner wouldn’t just refund me my money and we part ways. Keep in mind when we agreed to the terms lights would be ordered and ready to be installed by May 22-24. Well first set of lights were lost they only received the fog lights which Omar never called and informed me that he was gonna install just those. A second set of lights were ordered and I was still okay with an honest mistake, they had the wrong size. I waited two weeks and never heard from them. Keep in mind not once has this store called us to provide us with updates, we are the once calling and driving to the location. This is where we started asking for a refund put back my old fog lights and we would part ways. The owner didn’t want and ordered another set of lights. Come to find out that the owner does not know how to do business he expected me to pay for the lights. At the end of this conversation I asked how much for the lights and I would just pay and have someone else install them ( knowing they may not do a good job) well they ordered the wrong size again!!!! I’m done doing business and gonna be seeing this Jr guy in small claims. I know I’m not alone out there so get the word out and let people know that coming to this place you are taking a gamble of never getting the products and service you think you gonna get.
