Brian - shop owner, Eduardo - front desk and tech, Juan - Sr. Service Tech, all with years of experience - they know their stuff and it shows from the various review sites to the work I had done.

These guys were patient and coordinated my tire choice to my use. In and out in an hour, I love my new Toyo Open Country AT 3 tires and the service experience I got at Tire Pros Upland, CA. Will definitely be coming back for future purchases and work.

My tires perform as advertised/sold to me and the service/installation didn't disappoint.

First Impression: AWESOME!

I'm very critical of auto repair shops and the work done on my vehicles. Once I find a vendor who is trustworthy, genuine and competent, I stick with them. Tire Pros - Upland, CA was professional and genuine from the moment I arrived to leaving. They (Eduardo) were cordial, inquisitive RE: my reason for being there and the resolution. The mechanic (Juan) who worked on my vehicle was focused, meticulous and professional. Highly recommend and will be coming back in a few weeks for a full set of new tires and alignment. 10 stars! Thanks to Brian, too.

I came in due to a flat tire I got the day before and the tire patch failing. Eduardo listened to what I needed and responded with questions and how he could remedy my situation. No hocus-pocus, no bait and Switch. He happened to have the tire in stock that fit my needs. Juan handled the change-out, mounting and installation, checked the air pressure in the other 3 tires. Brian was very reasonable with the tire pricing. The result? Eduardo and Juan got me in and out with NO buyers remorse and EXCELLENT service. I ended up driving 200 miles that day and another, the next day with no problems.

I've already researched the new tires I want, confirmed by Eduardo. Now it's just a matter of me making time in my schedule to do the instal amd alignment.

Talk about a throwback to genuine customer service and merchant performance ! Rare ! Thanks Guys.

I have used the Tire Pros of Upland for over a decade- Brian, leads the same team hes had the eniire time I've seen him and he always takes time to explain everything in a way that anyone can understand.

Since finding him, I sent my entire family to be serviced here. I trust these guys with everything.

Hit a large screw just down the road with kids in the car. Was leaking air very quickly. They were slow that morning so I was in and out quickly. They kept me very well informed of the situation and I felt well cared for. Most convenient inconvenience. Would recommend.
