I bought some Cray Hawks for my corvette and noticed a problem a couple months in. The finish which is matte black is cheap at best. Even after caring for them with expensive products and only driving the car on the weekend the finish started to wear rapidly. I contacted TSW and they said they no longer made that style that I could buy another at a discounted price. I shouldn’t have to pay out of pocket for a warranty claim due to their lack of quality.

Avoid buying anything from this company at all costs. This wheel was received with the following flaw inside of the finish. The dealer (CARID) where I purchased this wouldn't help me because I didn't open the box until 31 days after receipt (30 days is the policy limit). I contacted TSW and offered to bring the wheel to the local warehouse in hopes they would inspect it, verify the issue and change it out but they wouldn't allow it. CARID will not do anything because I was a day late and TSW will not stand behind their faulty wheel (this could also be a finish issue which falls under the TSW 1 year warranty). Also, I was told that if I ever have an issue with the wheel in the future (including the lifetime structural warranty) I have to deal with CARID, which means zero support. I wouldn't recommend that anybody buy this brand of wheels if you value quality and customer support as it doesn't exist.

The TSW Cadwell rims look really nice!

One note for you guys to address though: Just kind of wish that they weren't on backorder everywhere! No sense in just having pictures plastered all over the internet of items that can't even be purchased.
